  Large commission meets rudeness and little customer orientation.
  Everything has to go the way the broker wants it to, as soon as this is not the case, the answer is pampic and very impolite. Courtesy and customer satisfaction is a bad thing here. The process was VERY nerve-wracking. We were glad to have put the whole thing behind us. Recommendation = 0%!

  Very unfriendly at first contact.
  This broker apparently still lives according to the motto of the 80s
  Hit-hit-hit - run away
  Customer friendliness is different today.
  And honestly, if you are annoyed by customer calls, then stop working. Because apparently you don't enjoy your job. But the customers can't help that.

  Not a good experience. Customer service is not very important here, but unpleasantness that is combined with arrogance. The current market situation is used to place claims. No property documents are available. Questionable marketing
