Very easy and fast answer about packing,but delevery for out of germany is very bad (only DHL) for little orders (spare parts or something like that) is to expensive I was pay 22€ dhl for order of 16€..

Nice shop with fast delivery and good prices but with terrible (=0) aftercare.
I’ve a warranty claim open for over 3 months. Nothing happened since The claim is really simple (knee protectors that were damaged at arrival). They should send just a new pair.
I only get an automatic status update via mail that the claim is still open and that they do their best to speed up the process. They don’t reply at all to my emails.
Got really fed up!

nice online shop with a wide range of products and good prices, but if you order outside Germany, they will charge you 14 Euros delivery fees, even if you order for hundrets (small components, not whole bikes). Even though you pay for the products to be deliverd with DHL, when they arrive in the destination country they are handed over to the local postal service where you have to pick them up by yourself. this really pi$$es me off

All good to start with after buying a carbon bike but terrible post buy service, currently refusing to even investigate a warranty claim which the mechanic who found the crack in the frame works for the British cycling team, so should be a reliable source. I even paid for replacement part so I could make an event and was told it would ship next day, waited two weeks and the part was then sent to the wrong location, no apologies, no admittance of any wrong just ignoring my emails.

I have shopped at bike discount quite a bit over the years. Used to be a pleasant experience with fast delivery but the last couple of times it has been very slow response. 2-3 days after placing the order nothing had been shipped although all items were in stock. This is too slow for me. I park this shop for now and look elsewhere.

Enttäuschender Service. Trotz zwei höflichen Reklamationsanfragen zu einer 500-Euro-Klamotten-Bestellung, wurde ich als Kunde (der hier regelmäßig eingekauft hat) beide Male ignoriert. Keine Antwort auf meine Fragen. Sowas ist mir noch nie passiert. Konsequenz: Equipment für die Familie wird ab sofort wo anders gekauft.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! They have horrible customer service and do not provide tracking numbers. Don't be fooled by the discounted items because you will be lucky if you ever get your items. I ordered tires 22 days ago and counting because I still don't have them. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company!! What a headache and not worth even close to what I saved
