A wonderful place to stay! Very accommodating with special requests. Fantastic breakfast, though I wish there had been an option or two for glutenfree eating.

Clean hotel, nice location. The room we had in the old wing (not by the lake though) was big, but only had a ceiling window and consequently no view whatsoever. Be sure to get a room either in the newer part or in the buildning on the lake.

Excellent location right on the water with amazing views. Friendly staff and good food at breakfast/lunch/dinner. My kids loved the swimming dock, and the fact that there is a public playground right next to the hotel.
Overall, good price-value ratio. I can recommend this hotel and would visit again.response / report this review -

Hotel: overall 4-5 stars
Pros: The staff is wonderful and helpful (and they all speak English). The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. The views are amazing! Even with staying there several weeks, I was still inspired by the view most days. The location provided quick access to the mountains and the city.
Cons: The two slight drawbacks are 1. no air conditioning, which is only occasionally an issue, and 2. The wifi is sometimes a bit weak and resulted in some dropped business calls for me.
Restaurant: 5 stars
Delicious food with changing specials. I ate many meals here and enjoyed all of them. The prices are perhaps a bit higher than other options in the area, but the quality is worth it.response / report this review -

Superb hotel. The hotel is perfectly located on the lake shore and the staff is very friendly and efficient. They are doing all their best for making your stay perfect. Rooms are big and very clean. We have one with view to the lake and it was amazing. Hotel restaurant is a must, not only it is perfectly located on the lake shore, but also the menu is spectacular (including the kids menu)
