The worst gay sauna i have ever been to ,the music is soooo BAD ,load and annoying that cant be categorized into any type,
There are just 2 cabinet , the rest of them (the other 2 ) are exposed everyone can see everything
People there are in their 50-70 follow you everywhere
Doesnt look like in the pics at all

Very fun visit and a wonderful atmosphere. I didn't have much interaction with the staff working, but they seemed very polite. It was very clean and had customers of all types. I would most definitely recommend.

Some (not all) very, very unfriendly staff along with inept management
I had been there already several weekends before, and had always, along with any drinks and food, asked for and received a small cup of ice water; until I ordered from staff member Sascha. On May 27, 2017 I had already ordered several times that day a Drecksack (Beer with Cola), along with a small cup of water. But when Sascha was meant to serve me, he went into auto-defense-mode, questioning whether this is allowed. I explained to him that this had already been done several times the same way, not only that day, but also the weeks prior. All frazzled, he ran up to someone in the back and asked; then came back indicating that this was not allowed.
In seeing Sascha's lack of customer service skills, I cancelled the order and walked away from the encounter, at which point Sascha then yelled "but I already started pouring your drink," which indeed, he had already started to pour a bit of coke into a cup.
I disregarded him and headed outside. Surely enough, this out of control maniac followed me into the other areas of the facility (past the outdoor swimming pool and inside the shower area), pulled me on my arm, demanded to know my locker number and aggressively told me that I will pay for the drink that I ordered. He also demanded that I go back to the front of the facility to settle this matter with his superior.
I have never seen someone take such a small matter so personally. It's as if his ego was so bruised by me cancelling the order that he just couldn't help himself but to escalate this minuscule matter into an all out brawl.
Back at the front, the manager eventually asked what the problem was and I said that regardless of any outcome that I did not wish to be served by this insane and unprofessional individual, indicating that I was outraged by his behavior. I explained that I ordered a drink along with some iced tap water, to which he ALSO scolded me that this was a gastronomic business where drinks must be sold, and that if I wished to drink tap water, to drink it out of a toilet faucet.
I then said: "well then that's fine," and that I would never, ever order anything again from them. Again, I walked away from them, and finally, that seemed to be the end of the story.
FIRST OFF: THIS IS NOT A GASTRONOMIC ESTABLISHMENT, IT IS A GAY SAUNA!!!! This horrible customer service should be noted by the people who own this place. The audacity of the staff member to chase me down, when I clearly walked away from the conflict is incomprehensible.
It is very sad to see that they still hold the position that they ARE RIGHT and the CUSTOMER WRONG, because after all, it is not common in Germany to ask for a cup of water.
I highly advice against interacting with these people until they have people who understand the concept of empathy. People like Sascha and his superior (the arrogant tall man with bottle bottom glasses) should be removed from their posts and replaced with people who understand customer service, and who do not talk down to people.response / report this review -
