Lovely new Italian restaurant in the hotel which served a lovely meal at a great price. Friendly service. The old part of the hotel is very "quaint" in a positive sense. Second visit this year and would certainly return.

Best hotel and staff in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Very warm and friendly. Staff went out if their way to make me comfortable with a very sore back. Soo accommodating.

Such a lovely hotel it was. The first time of my stay, I just loved to discover all the corners of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. Cannot wait to stay sometime soon.

The hotel is in the center. The room had a very beautiful view on the mountains and it was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant has an interesting menù and the Schweinbraten was very goodparticularly the sauce. The intercontinental breakfast has everything people can desire.

The room was fine, the hotel has a long history and not all the rooms have kept up with the times as well as others. Great views and centrally located, 2 min walk to great shopping and food options.

Downtown location is great. Attached restaurant and breakfast (not included) was ok. Room was a bit dated. Staff friendly and helpful.

The food was terrible. The salad was old and soggy. The steak was overcooked and seasoned with something that should never go on a steak. And the potato was covered in nearly a cup of sour cream with the same odd seasoning. We don't live here but do live in Germany so we are used to the flavors and like them. This was not that. And the cordon bleu looked like fast food with a child-sized portion of fries. I tried forcing bites down and ultimately gagged. I can't even describe how awful our dinner was.
