Vor ca 4 Wochen 28.04. hab ich 3x angerufen ob bei den 60ger Kinder Lederhose Träger dabei sind, mir wurde NEIN geantwortet ich müsste mir die selber besorgen. Trotzdem haben wir die Hose online bestellt welch Überraschung und Freude die Träger waren dabei . Ich denke in so einem teuren Trachtengeschäft müsste das Personal Bescheid wissen . So eine falsche Auskunft ist Geschäftsschädigend. Bei billig Läden passiert sowas nicht die geben sich Mühe. Schlecht für Angermaier , wir haben schon einiges gekauft , leider sind mehr prominente gefragt .

100% Satisfaction with this wonderful product and service. My button broke on my Lederhosen and I asked how I could effect a repair. No problem for Angermaier, I posted directly to them in Germany from UK repaired within 10 days then back to UK. There are may suppliers that could learnt a great deal from this brilliant company. Brilliant. A very happy customer. DW

Hatte online Kontakt aufgenommen, um nach einem Dirndl zu fragen. Innerhalb einer Stunde bekam ich sofort eine Nachricht. Leider gab es das Dirndl in meiner Größe nur noch in Nürnberg- was kein Problem war. Es wurde nach München geliefert - innerhalb von 2 Werktagen! - ohne Aufpreis. Wurde sowohl im Geschäft auch online sehr freundlich und nett behandelt. Dirndl sind auch top. War nicht mein erstes, welches ich dort gekauft habe, wird aber bestimmt auch nicht mein letztes sein ;)

The service was o.k. But they tried really hard to only sell me the most expensive pieces. The quality of the products is really good and you will definitley find something you want. But the prices are very high too!

Extreamly unfriendly. While looking for some Lederhosen for my husband, I was told, in a very unfriendly tone, to "stay at the entrance of the store with my stroller" as my stroller was "completely blocking the way" of the salesperson. For some reason, all the other clients could pass without any problem and with a smile in their face while greeting my baby Considering the money you spend on a Tracht, they should really consider treating their clientele with more respect, especially since there are many other wonderful stores in Munich which sell the same products at better prices.
