Wonderful restaurant. Fresh, tasty dishes, huge portions, beautiful wines. Very nice staff. I only wish portions were smaller so I had room to try their deserts! 😂

Home style Italian. Good selection of wine. Good food. They made a special vegan dish for us, which was good. Attentive wait staff. A bit out of our price range, but it was a nice experience.

We went there in 2012! It is a very cosy mozzarella bar. We went there in the afternoon. It has been open since June 2012. We could eat anything from the menu or from the menu card solo or combine things together. Peter & I started each with a good glass of red wine. I had a Don Aldo wine, a more old one: very rich & very cherry like, there was also Cabernet Sauvignon in it. It was lovely. Peter had another red wine: Marchese Rosso D.O.P. 2010. ( It contained: Sangiovese 60%, Malvasia nera 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%). His wine was a bit younger but also very fragrant, had a good body & depth. We twice ordered the lentil & vegetable soup with an Italian sausage in it. Before we received our soups, we got some lovely fresh Italian bread slices, some good fruity olive oil, some green olives & a few pieces of home-made foccacia. It tasted lovely. So fresh & appetizing too! We ate a lot for a reasonable price!

Solid brunch spot in Berlin before you start your trek to explore everything (that is spaced SO far apart haha).

Friendly chill, laid back atmosphere. You go in, seat yourself and the menu is actually a check-list that you fill out and hand over to the cool waiter after you are done. In the kitchen, they make all your selections that you picked out super fancy and yummy.

Pancakes were fluffy, fruits were fresh and the eggs are good. Go there.

Can't remember last time I felt like I were in Italy outside of Italy but this place has definitely the charm, the quirky Italian waiters, great vino and food that make you forget that you are in the middle of Berlin.
