All great but the fuct that didnt tell us that the jacuzzi and pool are closed or disfunction is .

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

I think the location is just perfect. Shops, restaurants and bars just minutes away. The room was really nice and had all I needed. The service was great. Only problem I had was to understand the elevator system. Over all a great place to stay.

This hotel is very clean and nice designed. It's situated perfectly in the heart of Berlin. The bar is cozy and the barkeeper knows what he's doing. The room service was fast and the food tasty. Everyone was nice and polite and tried to help wherever they could.

Good sized rooms with nice kitchen unit. Location is excellent, near the centre and with lots of bars and restaurants around. Rooms are very warm-the air con could be better.

The location is amazing and rooms are clean and spacious enough but unfortunately they ar far too hot and the air conditioning doesn't seem to do much. Also the Berlin marathon is on the day we travel home and we asked staff if they could help us figure out how to get to the airport with any disruptions and i have to say the boy on the deal was pretty unhelpful and didn't seem to care.

Not too bad, the hotel atmosphere was good but the corridor and the room was really hot in late March/April. The aircon seemed to be turned off. With such a fancy place, it is surprising the breakfast isn't included

Nice apt, good area to see central Berlin. My safe broke with my laptop in it. They got it out within an hour and the safe was fixed by 2 that afternoon. They held my laptop in the main safe for me while I went to see the sights. FWIW the knives in the kitchen were terrible and there wasn't even salt or pepper in the room. I'd still stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Amenities in the room are very good. Like being at home but with the comfort of a hotel. Spa is nice. Close transport links to all main attractions in Berlin.
