We liked location, service, cleaning. The personal was pleasant and cooperative. The pool was ok. The procedures in Balnea were good, but 15 min for massage not enough. The first 2-3 days, when dishes were from menu, the dinner was not good and not taste. When the dinner moved to buffet mode the quality and taste of dishes became very good

A jewel in the heart of the city with nostalgic reminders of the past. The hotel has a large health spa which one can go and forget the daily stress!!

This was our 4th trip to Karlovy Vary, but first time we staid at Dvorak. We loved rooms and we were pleasantly surprised . We loved our room,adored personal attention we received during treatments and in dining room. Food was so good that we barely went out to eat.
We'd like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of Dvorak Karlovy Vary and looking forward to stay with you next time.

A beautiful hotel 2 min of walking from the famous springs, and a bus station to the city and some shopping malls. A professional Doctor, will recommend your own treatment menu.
I had an offensive experience! One of the male massage givers abused me in the massage room. I have his picture [couldn't remember his name]. I arrived on my own to one of the very best hotels in Karlovy Vary, and the minimum I expected was being safe in such a place. Unfortunately, this person decided that I have to hold his… intimate organ while he is massaging me. After this event, I couldn't fill safe anymore… I felt like someone is looking to my room every single moment in the hotel [I stayed in room 211- which has a balcony right down to the SPA windows].
In order to "keep quiet" – I decided to ask that only a women will treat me. Luckily, the stuff accepted my request, and from that moment this horrible men didn't have another opportunity to stay with me alone in the same room.
A *problematic male massage giver*, which uses the opportunity to be alone with a woman in the room. If you are a woman, who not willing for a "spontaneous" sexual abuse ask in advance to have your treatments only from a woman!response / report this review -

The hotel has physical limitations and staff issues that need to be addressed like English language classes. Need some green plants in certain areas to soften the concrete and the stones under the stair cases. The Director, Lucia was hospitable, prompt in handling our reservation. Thanks to her assistance and hospitality. Visible .
I liked the HK staff, cleanliness. The reception person Vaclave, Anna from reservations and finally the restaurant staff are just great. Renata on the omelette station, Auta (waitress with red hair) but all the waitresses were kind, professional and went out of their way to make customers happy. The breakfast food quality was excellent.
The reception in general has a negative impact from all staff. The desire to help and assist is not there. They are very mechanical and give the distinct impression that they would rather not be there and just dont even perform the basic job that is required from the reception. Pretty miserable!!
Confusing layout of the facility, the staff at the reception of the Spa are abrupt. We asked for one hour each message and we got half hour 2 days later. Just the general welcome and sense of care is not there. Only the ladies at the facial facility (Jana and the receptionist) were great and we used that facility. We really did not like the wellness people reception. I think that they treat everyone as if they were Russians!!

Dvorak is my favorite hotel since 1990 and I stay there every couple years. My only complain is a long wait for treatments. They are very short staffed.
