We ordered one glass of Wine each in the resturant but got charged for two glasses each since they claimed they filled the glasses up as two. This is also one of the more expensive restaurants i Karoly Vary. So I recommend to avoid it.

Had to pay double for a glass of vine, food is bad, and sour faced waiter. Never again. Strongly advise not to visit this restaurant.

Very bad experience with this hotel. We did not feel welcome at all. The rooms and the services are NOT in any case at the 4* level. Very small bathroom and sink. Lack of professionalism from the hotel's employees.

It was one of the worst experiences ever in a hotel. The bed was broken and we had to fix it ourselves. Some of the dishes were not properly cleaned. One evening we had no electricity in the restaurant. The same night the electricity on our floor was working intermittently. Traces of smoking allover the room and the smell of cigarette smoke in the furniture although the hotel proudly states itself as non smoking. Do not expect politeness or apologies from the staff. The hotel and the service cannot be seen as a 4 star level.

The personal is kind. Some rooms are really big others are smaller but all rooms are clean. The beds weren't as comfortable as they should be (and they make noise at every move) . Wi-Fi is reliable in the whole area.
