Although housekeeping does a nice job of keeping the place clean, the hotel is very poorly maintained. I was there for a week in 3 different rooms. All 3 had significant problems, the worst being the second room which had no shower head (just a hand held sprayer which could be insderted into a single, barely secured holder at about ankle level). Stay away from this hotel and save yourself a lot of time consuming problems.

The room I had wasn’t bad, very spacious, but I definitely got annoyed when there was no warm water in the morning and the receptionist couldn’t even properly explain the situation or find a solution.

No internet on bedrooms, no air conditioned, no restock of minibar, very basic breakfast, no restock of shower gel, when I asked in reception for more shower gel they told they only give 1 small portion for every 3 days (thats only enough for one bath) and to get more we need to pay extra.. the room is spacious but the staff and the lack of ammenities got me a bad deal.

The quality of the room leaves a lot to think about. Me and my husband both agree that it should be a 1*hotel. Old fashined design and outdated furniture.
We experienced a flood and ants here!
The only good thing is the location,but still not worth your $.Will not recommend this hotel to anyoneresponse / report this review -

Really nice self catering apartments. Modern and clean. Only problem was that we couldn't figure out how to get the air con working properly. I would definitely stay here again.

It has good location. U can go muztek and wenceslas on foot within 5-10 min. But room was too small and it has no air conditioner. It has quiet new room condition.

I was in this hotel ones by discount and it was nice. Good breakfast, clean rooms, helping on registration. Recommending :)
