Big room and very clean. Location excellent.
Really nice place, immaculate rooms, nice wooden floors, lots of wardrobe space and it's in a really nice location, right at the foot of St Vitus Cathedral.
Friendly service, clean room and great location. Historic site so there's no lift but a service elevator. Amenities are a bit old.
+ friendly night shifts at front office (gave us a fan cause it was too hot to sleep.)
+ charming old house
+ big room
- very unfriendly front office clerks at daytime
- furniture were very damaged (window and lamps)
- position of hotel is not good for unsporty people like us cause it's quiet steep or you have to walk about 700m down hill was too much for us after a long day
- ac didn't work well (maybe room too big for it or just too old ac)
- have to open window but it was very noisy outside (many restaurants and bars near by)
All in all it is a good value hotel but definitely not for me. For me service is a big point and I didn't felt welcomed.
And i believe this hotel is haunted
Good
Great hotel and good spot for sightseeing.
Lift is very slow and rooms are not very clean
Somewhat dated hotel in a good spot near the Prague Castle. We had a lot of ants in our room.
We stay here each visit now.
The location is amazing with great views from the top floor suites of the castle. It is easy to walk to the castle or down the hill to see the city centre.
The hotel has an elevator for those with mobility challenges or lots of luggage. The location is on a hill on a small cobblestone street. Okay for taxis, but parking can be difficult and public transportation is a little walk to either the trams, buses or metro.
