There was no free wi-fi. Free wi-fi is only in reception and as they said in restorant. But 2 days of 5 there was no wi-fi too. The wi-fi in rooms is for 4 euro for 24 hour.
Staff in restorant was very rude and impolite, especially a woman and an old man at the front desk. The woman (they know who) is verry rude in breakfast. If you make two or more sandwiches, she coming to table and start screaming in front of people that this is not possible to take food with you. The old man not allow us to sit at table that we want. The woman work every day from 6:00 (breakfast) to 21:00 (finish dinner) or more. I don`t know how this is possible. This is more than 16 hours in every single day. We was there 5 nights with breakfasts and dinners and she was there all the time.
A shower in our bathroom reaches the chest.
The room was simple and clean. The staff was not very friendly and there is only paid wifi which is quite funny in 2017. The breakfast is nice and the full size beds are really comfortable. Public transportation is nearby. The place is inexpensive - a bit under current standards, but completely suitable for a few nights, you'll spend your time in bars and restaurants anyway. The area is also really quiet so you can have a proper rest.
Was fine to stay there for a short time, I liked the location it's very accessible but didn't like the stuff lacks in professionalism very unfriendly they definitely have to work more on that!
You could't close toilete doors, smaller 4th bed was breaking all the time. Food was good and stuff was helpful.
location is good. breakfast was tasty
rooms are ok,comfortable and clean.
no complain
The location was great, the breakfast ok, but thats about it. The room was not nice, some had no soap, some weren't able to close the bathroom doors. There was no wifi in the rooms, the wifi that was in the lobby did not connect.
There was a group of teenagers in the hotel, who ran around and screamed until three am, like teenagers do. The hotel did nothing. The reception said there was a guard coming around everey five minutes, but there would have been silence every five minutes then, no? The walls are paper thin in this hotel. Lucky for us we were so tired we were able to fall asleep, but I woke up several times during the night due to loud bangs in the hallway.
Nice and clean hotel. For that price is the best. Near have a station of metro and for 15 minutes you are in the centre of city
More or less fine, average quality. OK for one night stay in Prague. Bad location.
First of all the room was really small, completely different from the photos on the site, so the photos were misleading. Second, the food was terrible and we even found hair in it. And thirdly, the stuff of the hotel was really not helpful. Wi-Fi was not accessible in the rooms but only in the lobby and they even had a limited time since they turnt it off after midnight.
It was really dirty. The room was not as it looks at photos, instead it was tiny and the bathroom was into a wardrobe. There wasn't free WiFi. Free WiFi was available only at the lobby in which you were not allowed to sit after 10 a.m. Food was sucks. We found hair in the merenda. There wasn't a variety of food and fries were chilled, bread was stale. Stuff was really rude and not helpful at all. Shoes were stolen from the room. It was the worst hotel I've ever been. Not recommended!
Stayed there for couple of nights. The room was clean and well maintained but it was small. The food was good.
