Nice hotel, but the staff isn't very friendly.

Good location as in city center and all destinations are reachable by feet. Breakfast with lot of different choice, hot and cold, sweet and salty. Small rooms and tiny bathroom but match with the booking fee. Be aware of old Czech building where they built thin walls where you can hear your neighbor without any issue. 😊

Cheap and cheerful. The rooms are basic but clean. The shower worked great and the breakfast included was decent. There is a lift to the reception if you don't fancy tackling the staircase

Very unfriendly staff, some rooms are ridiculously small (our room for "4 people" is so tiny that I couldn't carry my suitcase in while passing between the wall and the bed), the beds are broken, the bedsheets and towels are dirty, the sink is tiny, 2/4 power sockets don't work etc. Staff tried to charge extra for ridiculous things

Cozy place close to the central railway station. Friendly staff. 10 mins walk to the old town central square. Recommended!

The hotel is centrally located, which is a big plus, but the area around the hotel did not seem too in sync with the rest of Prague. It's a good option for an overnight stay. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is standard, but plenty of options with bread. Do keep in mind that you'd have to pay 3€ for "fast" WiFi in your room which is sub-par and can get on your nerves if you are used to speedy internet. Good option with no hassles for a short stay. :)

the place is good if ur staying for a short term. The breakfast was ok. the staff are lovely.
One thing that was bad is that some repairs were being done in the building (not sure if it was for the Hotel or not) but the entrance and the stairs weren't clean.
I took a single room which was alright but I struggled with the shower (it was a bit small, I could barely move my hands around 😅).
Another thing that is bad is that is that u have to pay additional money to get wifi in the room.
the location is not too far from the bus station and the train station.
near the hotel there is a change point for money that has better prices than others.response / report this review -

You must pay for wifi for your room,only free wifi is on the receptionwifi cost 7e for 3 days per device!!!

This is an old and not particularly well maintained hotel. The breakfast is mediocre at best. The staff is helpful and the price quality radio is good. In short, if you want to visit Prague on a budget you could do a lot worse than staying at this hotel. By the way, if you want Wi-Fi in your room will have to pay extra, approximately 3 euros 424 hours
