Clean rooms. Electric outlet placement was bizarre. They were all in one spot. Made no sense to me. Buffet Breakfast was good, albeit typical. Housecleaning was great Kept room tidy.

This is a nice older style hotel. The rooms and food are really quite nice. The only difficult part about the hotel is the lack of power outlets in the room. In the modern world it can be difficult to charge your devices.

The location is convenient though as it is across from the red line with easy access to the rest of the city. Naturally it is also close to the convention center.

Bed was comfortable. Room clean and good housekeeping. Doors were hard to open and close in room. Bathroom did not have ventilation and was too wet after shower. Room had little space to move as bed took up too much room.

Its a good property in a short distance of Prague city center. Well furnished rooms with bigger size, skilled hospitality team. Personally i liked my stay.

Nice upscale hotel. It was hard to control the water temperature of the shower. The breakfast buffet was so, so. Don't get the waffles, very dense and under cooked. Asian restaurant was good.

Great hotel. It has a pretty long wait at the reception counter. Also, do not try to exchange currency here. But overall it is an excellent hotel close to the conference center and metro.

Very pleasant stay, focused on business but more relaxed than other hotels. Clean room, fantastic view, pool/exercise/running (guides even for runs outside the hotel in the morning) included. Nice retro atmosphere.

4 star hotel with 5 star service. Very impressed with staff. Helpful, friendly and almost always smiling. Spa services were excellent..unexpected. Location away from city core but subway transit very easy to access. Train station to check-in to sitting in hotel room.20 minutes. Services for price make this 5 star.

In my opinion this hotel isn't worth 5 stars. Could be all coincidence but for us it was a really bad experience.
So we went to visit the city when we got back to the hotel it was already late. We quickly tried to take a shower but there was no water pressure. We called the reception and they instantly got someone to try and fix the problem. The couldn't fix it so the repair man told us we were getting another room. All good for us but after 45 min nobody contacted us yet and it was already 23:30. So went down to the reception to ask what our new room was, nobody knew anything. So they asked the manager and he said it was already fixed. So after a few minute we finally got the other room. When we entered the room we were so happy we could finally take a shower now the bath didn't drain properly and the shower head was not properly attached so the water sprayed in all directions. So we finally got to take our shower. Then we went to bed, it was so warm in the room I couldn't sleep. Tried everything with the A/C but it kept venting warm air. Also openend a window but that didn't bring much. So the entire night I only slept a few hours cause of the heat. The next morning when we went to check out, they didn't even ask if everything was OK they just presented us the bill and no compensation was given. So for me this was a very bad experience. Although I have to say that 90% of the staff is very friendly.

Good location. Lovely hotel. Great food. We walked to the main attractions which took about 40mins but there is a train station just a 2min walk away. .

So many things The bath is too small. Not sure why they bothered. The advertised pool came at an extra hidden cost. No entertainment really, just satellite TV. Thankfully there is WiFi. I feel compelled to give it a 1 due to higher ratings elsewhere and I need to drag down for averages. It's a 3 star at best.
