  Spa/wellness: 1/5 - VERY disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Only 2 small saunas working from 16:00, very small 10-meter pool with colder water than it should be(no one used it), small Jacuzzi for 4 people only. Doesn't work on Mondays.
  
  Rooms: 4/5 - very clean but expected more from a superior category room. Awesome view towards the river and the city. Quiet though.
  Breakfast: 4/5 - everything was fresh, nice coffee. Good service.
  Location: 5/5 - right in the city cetre. 3 min walk from the 2 main pedestrian streets.

  Sehr schönes Hotel mit zuvorkommendem mehrsprachigem Personal, stets bemüht, Wünsche zu erfüllen. Nette weibliche Bedienung an der Bar, die aber trotz Schild mit Öffnungszeit 24.00 Uhr schon um 22.00 Uhr schließt..
  Das andestypische Frühstück ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Parkservice durch die MA an der Rezeption auf Wunsch kein Problem.

  Velmi profesionální, vstřícný a ochotný personál. Pokoj vypadal přesně jako na fotkách, již při příjezdu jsme byli nadšeni. :-) Stihli jsme vyzkoušet i relax zonu(pára,bazén,vířivka). Snídaně bohatá a obsluha včas vše doplňovala :-) Máme v plánu se do hotelu opět vrátit.

  我下午四點到旅店，櫃台英文不流利，到了下午五點，浴室的熱水還放不出來。上6F桑拿室需自備浴巾及浴衣，且旅館只為住2晚以上的客人提供浴衣。自助早餐OK，只是沒人帶位。客房空間大，設備也齊全，只是單人床略軟。房內乾淨安靜。

  Location is great for exploring Karlovy Vary. Nice large rooms and outstanding front desk staff. WiFi was strong throughout the entire hotel. Breakfast was disappointing thanks to the stale pastries and dry bread. The night time bartender was quite rude.

  Mitte März besuchten wir das Humboldt Hotel um uns ein Beauty Paket zu gönnen. Bis auf das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war der Kurzurlaub eher ein befriedigendes Erlebnis.
  
  Das Zimmer war schön, lag aber ungünstig (Hotelhinterseite über dem Luftaustritt der Küche).
  
  Das in dem Hotel/der Lobby geraucht werden darf war für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig und störend.
  
  Die Essensauswahl war ok. Aber teilweise lauwarm.
  
  Schlechte Parkbedingungen (Zusatzkosten möglich)
  
  Sehr gute Ganzkörpermassage. Guter Wellnessbereich.
  
  Schlechte Abstimmung unterhalb des Personals (Rezeption und Wellnessteam)
  
  Gute Lage. Sehr schöne Altstadt.
  
  Fazit: mittelmäßiger Wellness-Urlaub (kein wirkliches Schnäppchen)
