Superb location, friendly staff, excellent restaurant. The room is quite good (though not amazing). Superb location (should be said over and over again). Fair price, worth more than the most expensive Pupp hotel. Unfortunately, the spa is not in the premises, forcing to go outside to a public, not so well rated, spa.

I stayed at Hotel Romance Puskin in the beginning of August 2017, me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay.

Almost everything about the hotel was amazing. The room ("Exclusive" room with view of the colonnade) was very good. The beds was amazing and the furnitures was fine.

The view and windows was maybe the best part, really felt like being IN Karlovy Vary when staying at the room with the windows open. But with the windows closed, it was super quiet.

The bathroom was maybe the biggest let down in the room, quite old and it was difficult to mount the showernozzle and not make the whole bathroom wet. But as said earlier, it was totally fine.

The breakfast was big and tasty with a lot of sweet and savory options and changed daily. Really well staffed and everything felt very fresh. The general service at the hotel was great but not amazing.

The location of the hotel was perfect and for the price I paid this was truly a amazing hotel and I would gladly come back!

Was staying there for 7 days in early April. it was cold but the heating was not on. Had a room with a balcony which has great views over the town. Food was good. Staff friendly. Would go stay again.

It is an old place that needs to be renovated. Service is not very good. They do not even offer to help with the luggage. The restaurant is good with a very nice terrace to their main street.

The room itself, I have no complaints about. If you were looking for view, you wouldn't find it there, though. The window basically opened into a wall.
What tarnished my experience are two things: parking and the restaurant.
It was unclear from where I booked, that I had to call ahead separately and reserve parking. It said "first come first serve." I was surprised when I was told to move my car the second night of my stay. The only spot I could find then was metered parking about a 20 minute walk away. Perhaps the confusion is not entirely their fault, but I feel they should clarify on their descriptions.
At the restaurant, the food was good, but service was not. The younger waiter was good, but the place only had two servers, who easily got bogged down by the number of customers.
