great location 2 min walking from i p pavlova station, lovely staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms and good wifi.
No airconditioning and the water flow in the shower was weak.

We have been two nights with my husband and friends. It is well located. the breakfast is good. Very nice people in the hotel. It was very hot and the room didnt have ventilator. It was impossible to sleep. They took me one ventilator and then I realized that one coloured bag with earings and medicines and make up has been taken from the ROOM.

We stayed 3 nights (7 people in 4 rooms). We all loved the hotel. The lobby boy was super helpful. Good breakfast in the morning, friendly staff.
Great location, close to historical center and near metro station.
Good heating, comfortable beds, classy rooms and installations.

The hotel has a responsibility to protect customer safety. But hotel raffaello is not!!
Although I locked the door(and windows), I lost my tablet PC, sunglasses, even clothes.
The hotel showed me some open records and said "Your room was only opened when the housekeeper cleaning, so hotel has no faults."

But the truth is Someone stole my stuffs and I had to spend a lot of time to get the police report. And My happy holiday is over.

The Hotel must compensate for it!!!!
But I did not receive any compensation and also did not hear any apology. I just heard "hotel is clear. hotel has no faults"

I am SURE The hotel raffaello IS NOT SAFE. I will never visit again.

If you want to visit this hotel, I recommand to keep all the stuff in safey box even your clothes.
Only then you will be able to keep your stuff safe.
