Nice hotel set in an area of the old town about 5 minutes walk from the old square. Bars and restaurants on it's doorstep. Hotel is a bit dated, needs maintenance on areas of the hotel, but it has it's charm. Breakfast was good, expected continental, and it was but hot English style buffet offerings too surprisingly. Never tried dinner there though. The place is a bit of a maze, no lifts. so if you have a disability, check what room/floor your on. Would I stay there again? Yesbut ground floor please.

Comfortable. Good range at breakfast. Excellent location. Rooms large though basic. Would happily stay again.

Great location hear the historic city center, just two blocks off the river. Good restaurant with unbelievable free breakfast buffet, dinner by reservation (limited, gourmet level menu). No elevator and lots of stairs and uneven areas, so not for the infirm.

Very nice. Not so big. Relaxing atmosphere. Was in former times part of a convent, so that the architecture and the room distribution is very interesting.
Nice breakfast and very friendly staff.

Tiny room. Unmade bed. Mildewed air. Shower has no screen and splattered all over the bathroom Good location. Good breakfast. Not for anyone who is averse to stairs.

This hotel is hoorible.
The shower is leaking water, the whole bathroom floor is totally overfloated.
Everything in the room is so outworn, I have seen many 2 Star hotels that are more modern.
There is a nail have out in the shower.
And the bed is totally worn out, you could also sleep on the floor.

Very welcoming staff and quiet, quaint hotel in the centre of Old Town. Close to everything you need and very reasonably priced. Rooms themselves are clean and fairly well equipped. No tea/coffee facilities in the room and minibar isn't very cold. Also had some difficulties unlocking and opening the very stiff door and shower door was missing a guard so it got a bit soggy on the bathroom floor but nothing a towel couldn't fix. Overall this is highly recommended for a few days in Prague!

Stayed here and we luckily got a free upgrade to an apartment room which includes a bathroom, living room and bedroom. Huge space, but didnt have a cosy feel to it. But the staff and cleaning and everything else was great!

Absolutně nejlepší masáž v Praze! Pokud si budete v hotelu objednávat wellnes, tak masáž od slečny Štěpánky vás určitě dostane. P.S. fotografie nelžou, kouzelné místo.

Das Hotel ist zwar klein aber schön. Man ist innerhalb von 10 min am Rathaus. Dadurch das das Hotel etwas verwinkelt liegt hat man aber auch in der Nacht seine Ruhe.
Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück ist zwar klein aber fein. Wünsche werden durchaus berücksichtigt.
Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Die möblich sind zwar etwas älter aber dies verleiht dem Hotel einen gewissen Charme.
Allem in allem kannn ich dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.response / report this review -

Stayed in a junior suite for 8 days.
This quirky little hotel might be many things, but a 4 star hotel it is not. Even though Basil Fawlty might feel right at home, it has its issues
The room features are dated. Furnishings are old, worn and got a dirty feel to them. Had a white faux-leather couch in my room. Right seat in the couch had a brownish spot (sic!) in the middle of the seat. The beds are r o c k hardive never experienced similar. Shower head in bathroom was moldyscuffmarks on the floor etc etc
The wifi is free and without limitations, but is wildely unreliable
Breakfast is basic, but alright.
On the positive side, the staff are welcomming, and glad to assist you.
The room i stayed in was spacious, and came with a large corner bathtub.
Location is central, and within walkingdistance of the old-town sights. The area is also pretty quiet at night.
There are plenty of good resturant options in the neighbourhood.

This hotel needs to be re-reviewed. Scuff marks all over the floor you won't want to walk bare foot, dusty smell like the room hasn't been aired out in ages, very old furniture/bedding makes it really unpleasant. Bathrooms were at least remodeled and nice. Also, in the night sections of the hotel have motion lights so when you start to walk through the maze to get to your room (in the dark) all of a sudden the light will come on and there are these creepy very old gargoyle statues that light up in front of you. So as you can imagine, this place isn't for everybody. I recommend the sister hotel- Hotel Paris. This hotel is a new 5 star and def worth the extra $ if you arn't really into the whole olden look, feel, smell thing.
