Beautiful room, super comfy bed and pillows. Extra sofa for lounging. Decent continental breakfast from 8am. We didn't try their restaurant for lunch or dinner as it wasn't advertised in our room, but the reviews were good. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee, they put some tea bags while we were out. Bed was made every day and the room cleaned. There was short but deep bathtub but nowhere to attach the shower head which was a bit annoying. Climbing in and out would probably not be easy for less able people as the tub was so high.
Reception guys and girls were helpful and spoke decent English. The hotel was close to the Metro and team lines running into an Old Town and anywhere else you need to be. It is also fairly walkable distance from an Old Town, even from over the river.
There are quite few restaurants nearby, we loved The Dutch Pub and Hlavkuv Dvur.response / report this review -

I could not recommend this place enough.
U Suteru hotel and its staff will take care of you and make you feel home from the moment you step into the reception area. Even better, if you let Rudolf pick you up at the airport, from the moment you touch Czech ground.
The hotel has great character. A nine-room historical building in the centre of Prague with everything on the doorstep.
The triple room we stayed in was huge, clean and provided dedicated Wi-Fi.
A hearty breakfast will be served in the hotel restaurant.
Rudolf, the manager and 'Jack of all trades' was super-kind and friendly as well as the rest of the staff.
For my next trip to Prague I will definitely choose U Suteru.response / report this review -

Super Lage. Parken kompliziert. Zimmer wahr absolut ok. Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.

We stayed here couple weeks back. The hotel is really cute and clean and is very well located. The nicest part about the hotel is surely the staff. They were very helpful during our stay. But went way beyond that by helping me every possible way to ship back my phone that I had forgotten in the hotel room at the end of the stay. I will surely recommend this place to anyone visiting prague and wud stay there myself too on my next visit.
