Reception is not quite nice and friendly. Hot breakfast was cold, and kind of slow service. For sleepover it's ok, but not good for the money.

The staff is rude. If a 12 year old child asks a question at the reception they don't make sure that he or she understands. The people serving breakfast are rude too. But the rooms are great.

The hotel is very pretty and nice. The front desk employees (all of them) were very rude. Not sure if it was night time or something but trying to ask a question is like almost have to start an argument or something.

Nice, caring and friendly stuff. In the 19th floor, there is a conference room, well equipped and spacy according to its purpose. Delicious food in the banquet( very classical). The hotel is a little bit old, very clean, but it needs a small renovation at least to feel more comfortable inside. It is quite dark inside, which could be solveable with sone decorations.

The hotel is okay, breakfast is okay, WiFi costs money to use, minibar is expansive. The hotel provides shampoo and soap, which is nice. Somewhat WiFi signal is stronger in the bathroom 😐
TV screen is small, even tho it's a computer monitor used as a TV.
Overall, the hotel provides the basic nessesary item.

Pros: great view from the 17th floor (on both sides of the building), breakfast was okay (scrambled eggs, fruits, homemade cakes, muesli, coffee machine), subway, tram, supermarket and a cafe just a few steps away. Cons: no free wifi in suites, only in the lobby, and even after being paid wifi still sucked, the connection got lost repeatedly until 5 am when wifi catchers from the lobby went to sleep and released the poor connection at last; the interiors show some signs of aging; very strange bathroom doors in twin suite which is not supposed to be locked from the inside - it`s okay when you`re a couple, but what`s about colleagues for example?

Rooms are small and dirty, the beds are actually couches which are super uncomfortable, and the bathroom door is not even a door? Food is kinda okay, but mostly it's bad. Plus, the wifi isn't free as they say, its 3€ per DAY. I'm really disappointed

The hotel felt old . Aircondition sounded like a thunderstorm. Shower cabin was broken. We were also disappointed that we didn't get one double bed . We got 2 separate beds. When we asked to get what we paid for, they tried to convince us that the hotel didn't have any doublebeds. The breakfast was simple and plain, not as in a 4 star hotel. They couldn't make an omelette, neither a cappuccino. What we liked was the location- very easy to get into the center of the town.

This place has more than one building, and I'm talking about the Congress one (maybe it's also called Tristar).
The internet is NOT free as they claim (unless in the lobby), and even after I bought it it did not have good connection in my room.
The rooms are tiny and the bathrooms are even smaller (photo attached). A friend who stayed here as well said her bathroom latch fell out when she was taking a shower.
To sum up, not a good hotel. Maybe if you're on a budget it might suit your needs, but it definitely didn't satisfy mine. It does have money exchange, which is good, but the overall experience was not satisfactory.

The service is unacceptable. I have traveled in many places around the world and it was the worst service. In Asia I had a better service

Hotel was good overall, staff was not that cooperative though. They had serious issues in communicating with tourists and foreign visitors in English.

I stayed at the hotel Olympic three times . What is good: Clean and comfortable rooms, silence, close to subway and supermarket. Good price-quality ratio.
    Good breakfasts.
Disadvantages: Paid Wi Fi, absence of a tea-set in the room.

Over all a good hotel in Prague.

    + Very good prices!
+ Beautiful view over Prague in the upper floors
+ Very good for coaches - big and secured parking!
    + Rooms are convenient.
+ Very good connection by public transport.

Part of the furniture in the rooms look quite used and should be replaced soon, especially the carpet! Breakfast buffet is rich, quality is ok but not outstanding. Will definitely book again if required!
