Great Hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and is close to tourist attractions. Free WiFi and Breakfast included.

It's more a three than a four star hotel but for the price it was great. Very central, friendly and helpful staff, room was good. Just the cleaning could be improved.

Far from 4star. Small, rather dark room, thin walls (you can hear the neighbor). The door from the shower is missing. Breakfast was simply weak.

Decent sized rooms with good size bathrooms. Slippers included. Decent breakfast buffet. Very convenient to Old Town.

Complimentary drink wasn't offered. Room has been booked as for romantic stay but on arrives only twin room was available (( 4 Star hotel in center of capital city which have not bar where you can get pint or simply cup of tea that's is not right hotel for the city break! Very poor breakfast. not recommend!!!

Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. If Czech is not your first language they also speak english. Rooms are spacious with large W.C. area. Check-in closes at 12:00am but as our flight was in the early hours of the morning and did not get to the hotel until 1:30am, we phoned a few days ahead to notify the hotel and they were very accommodating. Hotel room has television with channels in many different languages. A safe is also situated in the room along with a wardrobe and air conditioning. Overall very happy and would definitely book again in the future. WiFi signal and speed is good in the room aswell. Hotel location is very close to a local underground metro station (Národní trída) and tram station by the same name so getting out and about is a breeze.

Friendly service. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything that's going on in the hallways, which makes sleeping difficult (and I'm not a light sleeper). Great location.
