First of all this hotel DOES NOT give guests free wi- fi. It's a little bit run down too. We were given a room in a loft and after my partner banging her head 3 times I asked for a different room which we were given. The receptionist was very rude though and I really thought about leaving and booking a hotel room elsewhere.
The breakfast was very disappointing and I didn't bother having it after a few days. I wouldn't book there again.response / report this review -

For the price that we payed, it's ok. Bathroom and room are quite large, bads are more less comfortable (I can't say that for pillows), it's clean, it's close to the old town..
But, on the other hand, breakfast is like a buffet, but with a little bit cheaper and lower quality food (like egs, ham, cheese, cornflakes, jam, and so on..); wifi is paying, per day and per device, the view in our room was ok (the last floor), but a little bit noise (cause in the street you have a tram).. Overly, it looks like a some ok hostel, not hotel with 3*.response / report this review -

Die Karten mit denen sich die Türen öffnen lassen haben keine Zimmer Nummer darauf verzeichnet. Zudem sehen die Angestellten aus wie Stewardessen was es unauthentisch macht. Es ist viel zu laut, und vieles ist kaputt. Wozu 10 Euro Kaution bezahlen wenn die Räume sowieso nicht heile sind. Das Frühstück fällt auch nicht gut aus

Slightly out of town but within 5-10 minutes travel by tram (15 or 26.). Cost was 110 CHK Crowns once purchased and stamped on-board are valid for 24hrs. The hotel itself was clean and spacious with helpful staff. Breakfast varied and plentiful, with only one issue, the weekend seems very busy with everyone wishing to eat at the same time, which left a few guests standing or going away and trying again later on. But please don't let this one inconvenience put you off.

Basic but clean. Not a bad walk into town, but of a hill walk back though! Bit noisy at night.

Hotel smelled of smoke upon entry. Had to pay for Wifi. Dirty overall appearance. Loud location. Far from old town. Breakfast was okay, but not many vegetarian or vegan options.
24 hour desk person was a nice feature. We were able to book a room with 3 beds which was nice.response / report this review -

Large room, free breakfast, and friendly staff. Easy access to the tram which is located outside of the hotel. The only con was no free wifi.

The blonde receptionist was remarkably unfriendly. Everyone else was very nice and the rooms are quite okay.
