Our guests have stayed in the hotel and we have prepaid all rooms. However, the manager made one of our guests paid for the room and it was double price. It took them too much time to understand that the payment wass done before, but they do not want to return money. And in general very poor service and not friendly staff. Seems like feedback are fake.

Its a clean and quite hotel. Location is 15 min far from city center by tram. There is couple local restourants with cheap food. Also ine asian restourant is located around gotel.

it is very near the city old area. the staff was very helpful. one floor hotel just on the street but clean and big rooms. the only bad tthing is no aircondition.

A very bad experience..attendant John had no idea about the city trams . He had sent me on tram no 6 and then during the night trams and trains were going close to the hotel. Curtains were thin and the day light breaks in at 3.40 am. It was an old fashioned hotel. I had to leave the hotel and my money for two days was not refunded. Bad business..

Good hotell, they have the important covered. Open at all hours and the employee's talk "some" English. They are really helpfull and can do a little bit more for you if you find the right one. The breakfast was somewhat lacking in my opinion, but it was food. The location on the hotell is ok, it has good covarage of public transport and nearby bars and resturants. The price of the hotell makes it worth it.

The Service is great and the have free parking and free wifi. The room was very clean and they have a pretty big bathroom in comparison to the room but our bathroom had a strong smell of chlorine. At least you know it was cleaned. The breakfast was okay but not great. According to the price it was great. You get scrambled eggs,sausages, coffee,orange juice, milk,corn flakes, bread with salami cheese and so on.

I stayed there for four days. the hotel is very clean and quiet, and I did not realize the train noise. not so far from the center, in five minutes one arrives at the Museum of the tram station and from there walk to the historical center. the room was very spacious and well equipped, absolutely recommend it for that price.

I visited for the first time in June. I'm visiting again in September.
Reviews of this hotel mention noise from trains as a problem. We were woken during the night sometimes by trains, but this is because we had the window open all night - the daytime temperature was 39C! With windows closed I don't think there will be a problem.
Staff were very helpful and gave us hot water to make drinks with for free.
Finally, this is the first budget hotel in Prague I've visited which has a great shower!response / report this review
