Friendly staff. We were here in 2013. At that time the internet doesn't work properly in our room.

Nice accommodation just behind Prague castle. Rooms are small but nice, nothing important is missing. Breakfast is fine. Good for the price.

Too expensive for what you get
Pros: great location, close to the castle, the park and even the city center. Tram line in front of the hotel, and they sell tickets at the reception.
Breakfast ok.
Staff friendly.
Cons: Cleanliness awful, stains everywhere on the carpet, bathroom joints leaking, shower stupid by design (you can't warm it up until you are inside). Too warm inside even with heaters turns off (outside is 15°C only), very noisy room on street side. Uncomfortable pillows.

Great view. Comfortable bed. Cosy rooms. Average breakfast. Clean rooms. But that stuffed cat is way too scary! Anyway this hotel is above Prague average.

Great location. Nice building with comfortable rooms. Very nice staff and service. Breakfasts quite European (much better than in most Czech hotels). Recommended for families with small children.

A little bit far from the center. But very good place to stay. If i am right, tram N22 from front of the hotel goes to city center/near old town.
