Our stay in the Hotel Akord was a huge disappointment from the beginning to the end. I got a terrible skin rash after the first night in the bed and spiders were crawling over the ceiling. The breakfast was minimalist and you had the feeling that socialism never left the building. The staff was very unfriendly and they nearly hound us out of the house. When you overrun their unusual checkout-time just for 5 minutes they start ringing on your telephone in the room. All in all staff with bad manners and you doesn't feel welcome as a foreigner. You can take every hotel in Ostrava but not Hotel Akord!

Absolutne perfektni. Nadherne a ciste pokoje, velmi prijemna obsluha, vynikajici snidane, skvela cena. Priste v Ostrave urcite zase zde.

Velmi pěkné ubytování a příjemná obsluha na recepci. Určitě doporučuji pokud budete hledat ubytování v této části Ostrava.

Je zde pěkné prostředí, dobré jídlo, ale občas obsluha trochu vázne (ale to je zřejmě způsobeno tím, že tam bývají učni).
