  The rooms were very dusty, the cleaning ladies apparently only change the sheets and towels, but don't dust off the old fashioned furniture.
  The beds squeak and are not that comfortable. No air conditioning in the room, but luckily there was a small fan to cool us off.
  The location is great when you come by train. We were by car and were mainly attracted by the low price. We got what we paid for, so don't complain too much. The breakfast is ok. We walked to the Sareza swimming pool, which is not too far with two kids.

  Good Belfast, nice and friendly staff. Bit too loud, and smell of cigaretes on the corridor.

  Good location close to the station, rooms fine but bathroom could do with some attention. Some cobwebs. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
