Had an amazing experience with them! They are a very affordable, reliable company with 24/7 customer service. Rented a car for 4 weeks for a snowboarding trip across the EU, and they even let me extend my rental by another 2 weeks. It was a very simple process. I would use this service again.

Really happy with this service! It was my first experience of renting a car so I was very anxious, but it was quick and easy and everybody was very friendly. And I also got back my full deposit with no issues :)

Excellent service - one of the service ladies was keeping an eye on the car and what I needed, they were able to extend my rental by one day without any issue. Love the delivery service. Only possible complaint was that the delivery guy should have worn some deodorant.. Overall though 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Great service, very helpful and friendly staff. They answered all my questions quickly and efficiently (both via the phone and in the whatsapp). The car was delivered to our hotel at agreed time, and they picked it up next day. I got my security deposit back to credit card in two days or so. Highly recommended!

I just rented for a 4 day period. They were extremely helpful and answered initial contact within a few minutes. Helped me choose the appropriate car and were spot-on-time for both delivery and pickup.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely horrid customer service. Company cancelled our 4 day reservation at 7:00AM (1 hour before pick-up) without any rectification of the situation or even offering another rental car. Reason being the car mysteriously "broke" that very morning. Irresponsible and untrustworthy "service".

It was a good experience to hire a car with them. The car was not the latest model but it was well functioned with their point to point pick-up services. The price was cheaper than well known company so I highly recommend it to all of you wanna rent a car in Prague.
Furthermore, the customer service staff is really friendly and kind to answer any questions no matter it is related to the rental or not as it was my first time to Prague.
As I know they also operate in Dresden (Germany), Vienna (Austria) and Bratislava (Slovakia), I must rent a car with them.response / report this review -

I used this company before few days for our tour in Prague. I am pretty happy that I choose this company except two important things. I rent a opel vivaro manual but they bring me one Renault traffic automatic.. This was not a problem for me but nobody of my friends drives automatic cars, so I drive for the whole trip and this was very tiring for me. The WiFi didn't work work we contact with the company but we couldn't find a solution. Also the last day we stopped to a gas station to full the tank of the car.. We put 80 € and the guy at the gas station told us that it was full. When we meet the representative of the company said that it is not full and it misses one bar.. So we have to pay 13€ for that. I don't know how this happen because we stopped 1 km before the airport to fill it up.. Anyway we gave the 13€. I recommend this company but first you must be sure that the WiFi works and also take a picture of gas level.. That's all

Our group didn't quite know how to find the place, but their customer service was very flexible and clear, giving us step by step instructions and even messaging us on whatsapp. The car was cheaper than the other alternatives and their english was good considering we were in prague. Definitely a pleasent suprise! 5/5

The service is excellent. My wife and I decided to rent Scoda Fabia for 5 days. The car was very good and we could call the manager at any time. It is the first car rental where wi-fi router is installed in the cars and it's very convenient!

The price is excellent as well as the service. I hadn't to call using rouming and could contact with the company through whatsapp. The car was picked up at my hotel and was dropped at the airport. Higly recommend!
