Highly unprofessional company! The Terms and Conditions in English don't exist, be very careful of sending any quote or placing the order.
The Terms and Conditions in Czech do not agree with the Contract - the guarantee requested on site is twice higher than mentioned in the contract.
Always check internet for reviews! My fault that I did not do that.

I have experience with international car rentals, but usually they treat me like one of many Here, I had a feeling like they really cared about my needs, very professional and yet very personal and friendly, and literally NOTHING is a problem! And what made me write this is the QUALITY of the car! Wow! I have never gotten such a lovely car, in a perfect condition, smelled like new.. that was the experience I will always look for again.. So I really recommend this company to people who look for high quality cars and service.

Me and my fruend were a bit worried because we had to travel during the night time, but with this rental car company, everything went good.
They picked us up at the time we asked them and also took us to our destination in time.
I will definetly reccommend it.

Renting a car at a reasonable price, on a weekend, and on extremely short notice is not easy in Prague. I was relieved when I found this company. Martin, the owner, is professional, friendly, and very helpful. He personally went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. The car I rented was exactly as described and the price was way friendly. I will be back.

Very easy to book a car even at last minute and great service. They brought the car to us so no hassle picking it up and easy return at the airport. The car was very clean, running smoothly. We had no problems with the car. Got our deposit back. Very happy to use this company again.

Three month ago we booked a car with this company. We had to do a long jorney to the Moravia Region. We have to tell that in the first moment we was a little frightened because we don't have any information about this company and we have seen several bads comment and reviews in internet about the services. But the experience for us was perfect. We don't have any problem from the beginning and the end. The car was new, clean, plenty of benzin, and with the insurance correct. The car have been place at the hotel main door and we leave the car at the same place. Next time definitely we will booked a car with this company. It is cheap, safe and good services and the car are in the perfect conditions. We received an upgrade car without any supplement. I rent 4 times different cars with this guys - the last one was Audi Q7 S-line, the car in good condition, clean inside, was little bit dirty out side because of weather but all the cars was in good condition. i never had problems with returning of deposits. For Q7 deposit is 2000 Euro i rent it 2 times and gave them by cash all the amount, everything was ok.

The deposit is for "damages" situation, ofcourse if you are scratched the car or you broke something you will pay - its happens in any company.

Also they have good service, i usually rent car at afternoon and return at evening - no pay extra fees for this.

My score is 10 from 10 to this company

Awful experience. Later I found out that I'm not the only one with this problem. If you are not from Prague you can forget about the deposit – you will never get it back. It took about me a mouth of less than pleasant conversations and unanswered calls just to arrange the meeting.
These people have no shame or business attitude at all..

I would highly recommend easy car rental to anyone . They are open 24 hours . Excellent customer service. The vehicles were in clean conditions and great mechanical service. The owner speaks very good English, he is very polite and many managers could learn from him how to satisfied the needs of customers to high standard. I will definitely choose them in the future again as they never let me down.
Mr. Martin Kosina let me rent a cars to take abroad from Czech. I have been traveled with these company cars to England and back to the Czech. There was not a one little problem with cars or communication between me and Mr. Martin or Mr. Tomas,as i mentioned before they motto is to satisfied customer to a High European Standard of Service.

Be carefull They are just a bunch of thieves, they stole my deposit money, don't react for any emails and don't answer the phone, they only nice and kind to You when you about to rent, but You won't see your money back.

Tried calling twice over the course of 1 hour during working hours (Sat. 11am to 11:30am). Got hung up on twice. Simply wanted to clarify confusing rental terms. Is this normal?
