The location is nice but old not well maintained rooms, breakfast quality could be improved (e.g. Low quality orange juice, variety of food options, ) and the dinner we've had as a company has not really been meeting high expectations set.

Good hotel but the rooms don't have many outlets

nice hotel close to the center and yet amidst nice english style park, with its own golf driving range and walking distance from krcsky forrest.
the staff is excellent as is the accommodation. the hotel restaurant is run by award winning chef and tv personality, their seasonal menus use local produce with great sense of detail and ability to combine unusual ingredients into new delicious flavours.
i like to come back every now and then and at least once a year spend a weekend there with my wife even though we live some 5 kilometres from the place.

Nice service, but would not expect setting table myself. Menu requires improvement for price level. What have you done in last year?😏

the short Version even we were told we had a discount it was still way too expensive what they offer for a so called 4 star hotel.
    it's more a 3 star.
    In detail
We stayed in this hotel for a friend's wedding. few nice words at the beginning:
-nice scenery with the big green garden/ park in front of the hotel
-good and even in same rare cases delicious food at the wedding itself
-arranged our stay with our baby pretty well (nice travel bed and blankets)
    -
But even of the nice points above we won't recommended the hotel as of our 3 nights stay was unpleasant because of:
-pretty bad breakfast for a so called 4 star hotel
-location itself is not really suited to reach Prague downtown easily by pubic transportation
-unfriendly, unorganized and lustlos staff which gives you a feeling you're not welcome at all
-you have to pay extra for the wellness which is a pretty pretty small room (20 min whirlpool 750kr for hotel guests)
-to expensive for what you get, like also Details:
-they ask you to pick up the toilet paper yourself from the reception if you need it outside the “normal“ refill hours
-at the check in I asked if the music in the hallway (a speaker was directly in front of our door on the ceiling) is turned off during the night as it was a bit loud.I was assured that it'll be of during 8-9pm but two times we had to ask for it and the second time (it was already after 10 pm) we were told she doesn't know if she's allowed to do that. My question in this case who is the guest? Nonetheless she called somebody and it was turned off.
