Nice accommodation. Close to minimart if you need and 5 minute walk from a tram to take you into all the sights. About 20, minutes by tram and a single trip costs around 1€. But that is part of staying at a cheaper hotel! Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of brochures to go around and they will help you with booking and transfers. Uber is around 150-250 czk depending on where in Old town you are travelling to.

Just a normal hotel for Praga. Nothing special. Its clean. Employé speaks english and Helpful.

Nice place with good hotel rooms. Aircondition would make this better. Reception workers were friendly and helpful.

The staff was rude, the AC was out of order. So I contacted the reception for an extra fan as we were on the top floor and it was pretty hot, however when I contacted the reception for an extra fan, I was told to pick it up myself as they don't provide room service(in the room description it clearly says room service). Regardless of room service or not, you don't say that to the guests.
The breakfast was cheap and no way near to excellent. This hotel seems like a jail. You have to leave the keys at the reception everytime you go out and they have the authority to check your room. Also when you check out they inspect the room for any damages and you have to stay at the reception during this. Once cleared you are allowed to leave.
All in all this goes down as being one of the worst hotel experience.
Otrevligt personal, billigt frukost, ur fungerade luftkonditionering i rummet och när vi frågade efter en extra fläkt tjejen på receptionen sa att vi måste komma ner och hämta den.
Hotellet känns mer ut som en fängelse de kontrollera allt. Man måste också lämna nycklarna till receptionen om man går ut från hotellet.
Kort sagt det inte värt på pengarna, en av de värsta hotellet i någonsin.response / report this review -

NASTY PLACE : THE HOTEL DOSN'T HAVE PARIKING , POOL OR SAUNA, THE STAFF ARE VERY RUDE , THE ZONE IST DANGEROUS , VERY OLD HOTEL , WE WERE CHEATED WITH THE BOOKING .

WORST HOTEL EVER , NO PARKIN , NO POOL , NO SAUNA , VERY BAD CONDITION , IN A DANGEROUS NEIGHBORHOOD. NOT RECOMMENDABLE FOR TOURIST .

The room was OK. Always warm water and the beds have been clean . the breakfast is really big with big choice and a kitchen stuff which is refilling the whole time. For that price (45€ for 2nights/people) nothing to complain. 5th star is missing cause the WiFi is extra lame when the house is full and the coffee at breakfast is awful 😉
