As everyone mentioned, located very conveniently within walking distance to Charles Bridge and the Old Town square. However it tends to be noisy at night especially during the weekend from the bar across. Breakfast was good however there was no rotation during our 3 nights stay. Still recommend this place and will definitely be back (as we aren’t light sleepers!).

Tip: If you need to, exchange your foreign money at the reception as the money changer in Old Town square is famous for ripping you off!

The hotel is lovely, the staff very friendly and helpful (especially Renata!!!), the complimentary breakfast is exquisite! The location and view from the river side rooms are extraordinary. A beautiful hotel in a magical city The only thing that was a little off-putting was the noise level of the Saturday night revelers beneath our hotel windows. Other than that, our stay was perfect! We definitely recommend it and would stay again if we were back in Prague!

Very friendly staff in every area, the hotel in general was well kept, stylish and welcoming. We were very happy to be upgraded to a river view on check in. The room had a wow factor - the only constructive criticism i would add is that is could do with a picture or two as otherwise it was stunning. It was a little cold with the heavy curtains covering both heaters - HOWEVER, having said this it did not deter from our stay at all as it was perfect. The mini fridge was decently priced and stocked ideally. Would not hesitate to return but would book a quieter room at the back as the club was a little rowdy when everyone was leaving around 3am (again not the hotels fault as to be expected staying in the centre of a city!). The breakfast was very good, a balanced choice with something to suit everyone and again the young girls on service were very helpful. Overall this hotel is a centrally located gem and would definately recommend to friends.

Location- amazing! So close to Charles Bridge and Old Town! The interior of the hotel and rooms is beautiful and does feel like a palace. Our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable and felt grand. The beds were quite comfortable! There was a nice bathtub too. The breakfast had a huge variety of selections and was yummy. The air conditioning worked well since it was August. Really convenient to walk everywhere except the main train station- that was pretty quick and easy to get to by metro (a little tricky right now due to construction, but we could figure it out). I really appreciated the staff too- they even helped me find a nearby laundromat to cheaply wash my clothes. There is a delicious vegetarian restaurant nearby. It could be a little loud during the night (esp. Saturday night), but that was a minor inconvenience for such an amazing location. This is a great place to stay for your time in Prague!

Good location, but very dated, initially shown to a room already in use by another guest which didn't put much faith in hotel. Dirty food plate left on floor outside another room from previous night still there in the afternoon. Hotel needs updating.

Beautiful old Bridge with amazing statues and monuments on all sides as you walk over Charles Bridge to view the castle. The lovely red tiled roofs on all the buildings and the stunning historical views are a site to behold

Beautiful hotel located in the middle of prague. 5min walk to old town square and Charles bridge on your doorstep! Easy access by metro or tram. Comfiest bed I've ever had in a hotel with attentive staff. Big rooms, although the rugs can be a little slippery!
Breakfast is OK, cooked food a little cold for my liking, but always found something I liked! Would highly recommend to family and friends!!!

A very good hotel, centrally located and can easily reach most things in 10-20mins would recommend although the breakfast could be better.

Nice hotel, very good situation. In front of the Charles bridge, next to the central square of the old city. Not so quiet during the night if your room is in front of the river. The rooms are very nice. The breakfast is very simple and not so bad. Stayed 2 nights and recommend this hotel for your city trip.
