Nice Business hotel. Fairly large rooms and good breakfast. Friendly staff. Short way to Metro and Tram (about 5min normal walking)

Ok. The rooms are modern and clean. Comfortable and close to the subway. The breakfast buffett could be better compared to the price especially if it was not included in your room fee. I was given a price of 7 euro checking in at the reception and billed 14 euro checking out. That's the kind of surprise a customer don't like.

I was really SHOKED when I came back into my room number and found out that my eyeshadows are just broken: peaces are on the floor, the cap is lying on the top like nothing happened. Receptionist at first told that he need to contact with manager later that HE IS the manager and now he needs to contact with the lady who cleaned our room. moreover the hotel took the payment for our stay two times!!! Third day after we checked out: still there is no return and any info about compensation. The biggest disappointment ever.

Nice hotel, clean comfortable. The front desk could be a bit better. Never order a taxi from them use Uber instead as u won't get stung for more.

Hotel in excellent condition, with good service and services, varied breakfast, and relatively inexpensive. It's great to not be in the touristic centre, but it's close enough to go sightseeing by foot. Pleasant area with a nice shopping-center.
