Located in a cosy house surrounded by leafy green trees, right next to the park, The Centre is a wonderfully calming and welcoming place to come and practise yoga, have a shiatsu or attend one of the many interesting workshop. Emma's gentle, hands-on approach to teaching has helped my improve in my practice, safe in the knowledge that I am in the good hands of one of the most experienced and professional teachers I have ever had.

A very inspiring and calming place in the heart of Nicosia, on the Pedieos river. There's a variety of yoga classes throughout the week that suit everyone (beginners, advanced, pregnant etc). Emma is an excellent teacher and a person! You should try one of her classes to see for yourself. Oh.. and do not forget to treat yourself with an amazing Shiatsu session. Highly recommended. I give it 5 stars only because i can't give more!
