Friendly staff and a clean gym, good amount of weights and lots of stuff for the male member.. For those who enjoy classes more than gym machines, they do need to boost their class list /variety. Consider Metaburn? Circuits? Bums tums thighs? I’d also prefer classes earlier in the day (when not summer )
