  Practicing yoga at the IS Yoga studio is a life changing experience. After almost two years of daily practice I feel younger and healthier than ever! I just can't imagine my life without it. It gives me balance, inner peace, it makes me a better person. If I could go back in time and change only one thing in my life, I would begin yoga practice at least 10 years ago!

  Words are not enough to describe the benefits gained @ inner science center.
  Is a professional yoga studio (and not only) where can fulfill the needs of everyone.
  
  personally i recommend it for relaxation, mind clearing, self connection and yoga technique of course. :)

  An exceptional center , and one of its kind. I have been going to the center for over six years. It has become part of my daily routine and has drastically changed my whole life and well being “mind, body and spirit”. I highly recommend it to everybody, especially those who are suffering with their back, neck, knee etc. as great emphasis is given to alleviate discomfort, strengthen your body and improve flexibility in a clean safe environment. I personally had a lower back issue which prevented me doing my normal household chores. With patience, discipline and by following a special exercise programme my condition tremendously improved. Innerscience has changed the quality of my life, strengthened my body and I am now able to regularly practice yoga.
