  had a booking of 17 people in apartments where 3 lots of five were sharing and a couple on there own.
  a week before arrival i had an email from reservations lady niki telling me she had changed our booking so that we had more twin rooms for two people. i asked as she had changed these without our consent to honour the original booking as would be expected. when we arrived we were greeted to find we had a mish mash of rooms twin rooms and a single room. we had to then rearrange all the guests to suit. we were told we would be put back in our original rooms the next day. next day no body spoke to use about it and nothing was done. as we were all annoyed about wasting precious holiday decided fair enough and left it. we asked for some sort of discount at the end of the holiday to be told they do not believe the hotel was at fault.
  conclusion- sub standard hotel. pool shuts at 7pm breakfast poor. get what you pay for.

  Friends stayed and it is dated but due to close for a refurbishment soon.

  Would stay again, the apartments are described as 4 star, in England they would only get 3.
  apartments are close to tourist shops/bars. Bed was little hard but defiantly not worn out. Service was exemplary when requested, fault with room investigated within 10mins and fixed same day:). breakfast was a reasonable selection.
