Lovely hotel lots of road works around but dusnt stop you enjoying the holiday
gym is not good no running machines one bike .. no decent entertainment food nice

Lovely hotel , helpful staff but lots of work being carried out in the area( new roads). Once it is completed it will be fantastic. I would go back to this hotel

Excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and efficient at their jobs. Food was good and very good selection Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. About a 20 minute walk to Protarus along the beach. Beautiful little coves and bays within easy walking distance.Easy access to buses at 1.5 euro a journey or 5 euro a day. There is a lot of work going on on the roads but didn't really impact on our enjoyment. Could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The only thing I didn't like was that their was only 1 key per room not very convenient at times

we booked through Thomas cook, had a marvelous holiday there, staff were helpful and looked after us really well, especially the entertainment staff (alga). could have done with more entertainment at night when you were sitting in the hotel but other than that it was perfect. would definitely go back again and good for all age groups.

Postives: Excellent pool area, decent food and drinks, clean & unobtrusive friendly staff. Not far from local beach resort and Protaras 20 min walk

Negatives: Weak shower & lots of Ruskis (aswell as Brits) here who aren't the friendliest peeps

Advertised as 3* and I would say 3* +

Just got back Excellent hotel good value if you want a chilled out holiday staff excellent food good plenty selection to suit all tastes. Very impressed with how clean every where was

Замечательный отель. Сервис на уровне, еда очень вкусная, до моря минут 10 пешком, можно дойдя до первого пляжа повернуть налево и направо и уже непосредственно выбирать пляж, который будет вам наиболее комфортным. Есть развлекательная программа на протяжении всего дня, рядом много супермаркетов, где можете купить все, что душе угодно. Почти весь персонал разговаривает на русском, поэтому тем кто не владеет английским будет комфортно. Номера красивые, удобные, лучше выбирать номера, которые выходят в сторону "гор". Со стороны бассейна очень громко, а с другой стороны открывается красивый вид на море.

Отель смартлайн на троечку, на рецепшене не все знают русский язык хотя в основном отдыхают люди из России, но это ладно. А вот когда на рецепшене берут деньги за переходник для розеток это смешнои много за что еще. Похоже на фильм "Начальник Чукотки" когда американцы чукчам друбы от грамофона продавали.
Пытаются заработать на любой мелочи, а сервис страдает. Деньги на рецепшене не меняют, русский язык забывают когда пытаешься решить вопросы по быту. Очень похоже на отдых в Сочи с нашим персоналом.
