Really good hotel.
All newly refurbished excellent rooms. All mod cons. Loads ov pools, plenty ov slides. Excellent food. A proper family hotel thou. If your looking for a crazy time without kids not for u.response / report this review -

Great hoilday. Great facilities for kids with the water park. Good night time entertainment. Food got boring and repeative and wasn't the best in my opinion. But others a was with thought food was ok

it is pretty nice here. the food is good,there is a water park which love! but the only thing that wasn't too good was that the room could be cleaned better. here are some pictures of the view and the water park.

Fantastic hotel, the food was great and certainly no problem with any slow service, the staff were very helpful and it got a phenomenal view from the back. It also got a mini waterpark which would be great to bring family and children here on this vacation. I would certainly recommend coming to this hotel.

Great hotel (we are - still!!! - staying in appartment at the back of amazing Splash World). Fabulous Mexican Day at restaurant, great water park. No. 1 place to stay with family, with kids.

Far exceeded expectations. Fantastic hotel with great facilities. Staff are all excellent and service is second to none. Plenty of bars , food and entertainment. There's a kids club, 2 pools (1 inside with Jacuzzi, 1 outside) a water park , spa and hair salon, shops on site and a laundry room. Rooms are clean with spectacular views over the bay of ayia Napa and most importantly of all , air conditioned .

Perfect Hotel but not the apartments!!!!
Be aware when booking make sure it the hotel and not the apartments.
Stayed in Cyprus many, many times.
This hotel with its water is perfect for those wanting a small, friendly, family holiday.
We stayed in the hotel, there are also apartments be aware when booking. The water Park is brand new and there are no waiting times for the slides (in June anyway).
Food is OK nothing to get to excited about.
Rooms are spotless. We had two seperate rooms in two different parts of the hotel.
The All inclusive is also included in the water park (drinks that is).
Does and Don't's
Dont reserve a bed by the pool and in the water park at the same time it not fair on everyone else.
Don't think it a easy walk to Napa the hotel is at the top of a hill. Make sure you get a taxi if you not one for walking.
Do, bring water shoes as the tiles around the hotel pool are very very very slippy. Flips flops ok too, but you need to make sure yhey have good grips, plastice type flip flops no good. That's why I suggest
the water shoes for the floors and the staies to water slides get really really hot.
Do book either a sea view or water park view.
Hotel has free WiFi and I did not have any signal issues except for the restaurant where you have your breakfast and evening meal. Alexander the Great. WiFi is limited to what you can use it for. Uploading loads etc. To many people using it. Snap chat, whatts app, Facebook, photo backups etc we had no issues.
Has a shop that sells everything you need. A little expensive but it is a hotel shop after all.response / report this review -

Great hotel for holidays. Perfect waterworld. Close to beautiful beach. Good food. Clean rooms. No entertainment for kids, entertainment for adults very poor quality.

Просторная, уютная комната, дружелюбный персонал, убираются ежедневно.
Разнообразная и вкусная кухня, каждый вечер новая тематика ужина.
Плата за холодильник, сейф.
Всё розетки в номере кипрские, предлагают купить переходники, но можно и отжать верхний язычок чем-то длинным, например отверткой и просто вставить вилку))response / report this review -

Хороший отель имеет все необходимое для комфортного отдыха, но по моим наблюдениям персонал не успевает за большим потоком гостей. Номера имеют погрешности в чистоте и некоторые моменты требуют ремонта, большой выбор блюд но однообразный.

Очень хорошее место , приветливый персонал , вкусная еда , с балконов открывается замечательный вид на город ! Рядом много магазинов и ресторанов .
