The hotel is in an ideal location on the beach. You just need to step out of the hotel and cross the road. The receptionist was very kind and helpful!! We booked 2 rooms for one night at the hotel. We were very disappointed by it. The interior looks like it was fitted in the 80s. Its old and falling apart. Its not a luxurious place at all. My parents room had the most problems: we found a cockroach in the cutlery drawer and the toilet was broken- my parents came to our room every time they needed to use the toilet.

Overall, even though we only paid 80 euros for two room, we were not happy with the hotel. The staff were very kind snd the location is excellent. Weigh it up.

I was charged twice and they transferred me to other hotel with no view. I paid extra for room with sea view. Be very cautious booking this hotel. I will not recommend at all. There are much better hotels in Larnaca.

I really thought this place was great. Very nice room, spacious and comfortable. There was a small kitchen too. We ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed the food and the lovely sitting area. It is right across the street from the beach where there a lounge chairs to sit it. A very pretty area and close to the airport.

Stayed there for two weeks in October. Been to lots of hotels but this was fantastic. Good location fantastic staff. And . Maria made our holiday. She was absolutely fantastic. Looking to book it again. Thank you Maria for making it a great holiday x

Very close of Makenzy beach and airport. Friendly staff. No restaurant, only a breakfast salon and bar. Cleaning staff is not so good. They don't wash the plates and glases from the room. A lot of noise during the night from AC centralised system. Old fashion bathroom with disfunctional WC. Beds are too flufy for my lombar problems.Wi-fi only in the first room, no in the bedroom.

Costantiana Beach Hotel is a very nice place to stay. Only the road it separates it from the sea. From its balconies you have in front of you a wonderful sea view which helps you relax your body and mind. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is delicious and the personnel are very polite and helpful. I recommend highly Costantiana Beach Hotel for everyone who wants to pass wonderful holidays without paying a lot of money.

- Close to a beach, but not a very nice one.
- Lots of A/C issues.
- Very few electrical sockets, none next to the bed.
- Bed was two single beds pushed together
- Stove barely worked.
- Circuit breaker popped if two appliances were turned on at the same time.
- No hot water at night.
- Showerhead was too low for me to take a shower standing up.

Beach is close and so is the airport - great for plane spotters. Highway on-ramp is also near - great for exploring the island by car. Parking space was not an issue in January. Center of Larnaca is 20-30 min walk away. There are some shops nearby with reasonable prices.

Clean and tidy, if a little dated (especially kitchen and bathroom). No complaints for the price, though. Breakfast was also very good and the staff very friendly.

We had free wi-fi, although it was a little hit and miss, but only a handful of TV channels.

Our apartment had a decent sized bedroom (5' bed) with separate lounge with a sofa bed for our daughter. The kitchen had a small hob, kettle, toaster and a fridge-freezer, with utensils, plans, crockery and cutlery. There is no safe or hairdryer.

Both rooms had sea views and the beach is just across the road. It is also very close to Larnaca Airport (ten minutes drive) and just a two minute walk to the famous Mackenzie Beach, with lots of bars and cafes. MLS

Constantiana is a good hotel to stay for few days especially if you fly from Larnaca airport
The hotel is very close to the airport ,it has its own beach and the rooms are nice
I have to note that the hotel is refurbished except the bathroom and the kitchen
The bad things are no parking and no a/c (only a fan)in the living room of the one bedroom apt
So go especially if you fly early in the morning
out of Larnaca airport
