Slow and inefficient. 3 members of staff serving 1 customer, despite long queue at peak time. Waited for one hour to get served. During that time mother with crying baby was left waiting in midday heat, with no special considerations being made. Some staff seems to require urgent IT training in order to fulfil their job. Shocking.

The place is a bit small but the staff is great, they deserve a raise!

It open only till 3pm :( so it's hard to go there if you work. Nice service though.
