  I called to ask about some informartion. I selected English language but they still contineu in Greek. Latter on when i talk to customer service officer the very first don't understand latter she transfer call to other one and he said something in greek and latter he transfer to other one and he said hello hello and end up the call.
  I want to suggest if they want this service then they should hire the good service officer not like this

  Didn't answer the call. At least if you going to put a song on hold music then don't just do the build up but give us the drop as well!!!
