  Had to report my phone as missing. After sending me away because they could not file a report due to electricity being down they took a photocopy of my passport and some details, telling me to return any time after a couple hours as they are open 24 hours, and that they would enter my details in the system so that when I returned all they had to do was type up the report . After returning early morning to complete the report I was told that they couldn't find photocopy of my details, shouting at me and me that it wasn't "their fault" and that they were "tired" when i insisted that they search harder. There seemed to be no sense of urgency that s photocopy of my personal details could just be lying around anywhere and they threatened not to bother with the report full stop.
  
  After finding my details there was no apology from said police officer, as he just sat and continued to give me and my friends dirty looks while simultaneously telling them to shut up and trying to kick them out for trying to comfort me when I was visibly distressed. Another police officer took over the report which I was greatful for but they do not accept responsibility and tried to somehow say it was my own fault they had misplaced my details.
  
  After finally getting the completed report the initial police officer ran out after us, accusing my friend of taking videos of him (she had been on Snapchat with my other friend, recording themselves.) despite telling the officer that she would happily show him her phone he still physically and forcefully dragged her by the arm, trying to drag her back into the police station and trying to snatch her phone from her while 3 other police officers sat back and watched. It was not until I approached one of the officers tearfully and said "are you just going to stand there and watch your colleague manhandle her when she's done nothing wrong? Treating us like criminals" that they finally intervened and stopped the aggressive police officer. They then resorted to accusing us of being racist and continued to shout at us and telling us to f*** off. Really disturbing behaviour from an establishment who you are meant to turn to for support and a clear abuse of power.
  
  We will definitely be taking the issue further and filing a report against said officers, including those who witnessed and did nothing. Hopefully our experience was a one off, but quite disturbing nonetheless.
