It is a good place and a good friend with the owner you can find what you want. It was a free service, and it is very close to the beach, and wish everyone good stay at the hotel "

If you are on a tight budget and will only stay in Larnaca for a few nights, this accommodation will do the trick. However for a few extra euros more you should opt for a better hotel if possible- it will make the trip more enjoyable overall. Manager is lovely and has very basic amenities but place is still old.

Manager very friendly and honest. Location okay. But there's no getting past the fact that the rooms are old and dishevelled, though clean. Prices relatively okay.

Christos is just adorable, helpful and friendly person!!! Great place to stay and relax. Clean and calm. Cheap but really home-like. I'll come back for sure!!!

Very bad room. Not clean at all. They don't serve the room properly. There's no soap, no shampoo in the toilet even there's no hot water to take a shower.

We checked in late and hotel was closed. No outside buzzer and they claim 24hours reception. Manage to get in through fire exit door FROM OUTSIDE and slept in lobby until 7am where the female receptionist came and was not emphatic at all. Lobby toilet should get award for bacteria and filth its that bad. No kettle in room, AC was fine. Room key left on desk when you go out, anyone could take your key, go in your room and take your stuff and put it back there. When I saw the toilet breakfast was out of question. Owner begged me to put good rating for him so he can get more customers. There is a will to please but you can see the potential for a three star if someone takes charge.

Wash no work properly, no fridge in hotelroom to put water, sliding for the mouse balcony could not be locked,aircondition was tired I got told from the manager could only be on in the night, no buffet in breakfast, one.night I was out late I come back to a locked hotel, I had to sleep in another hotel 1 night, first day I got there they had got no info that I came from the travel company, okay beds

A nice place in a quiet street. The promenade, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, 5 minutes from the hotel.

Very affordable place. Comfortable amenities for the price paid. Free wifi is available in common area. The owner is a gentleman, really helpful and genuine.

One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed. The rooms and public areas are dark. Rooms are dusty, the furniture is outdated, and the services are outrageous. There is no bus stop nearby the hotel, but they advertise it. I woke up at 7.30 to drive to the airport, but there was no receptionist, and the doors of the hotel were closed. Around 8.10 the man appeared and told me that there was the emergency exit if he slept!!! If you want to leave the hotel in the morning, you must use the emergency exit!!!!!! It is a case of emergency!

“Budget stay only”
Very budget hotel, average cleanliness and poor breakfast. Consider it only as a place to just crash for the night and nothing more. The only reason I picked it it's because it's pet friendly. The service is average and the hotel is basically ran by the old owner and some staff members.response / report this review -

Affordable hotel and also apartment rental, close to the beach but not noisy at night.
Clean, specious apartments, simple cooking facility but compared to price : Perfect.
Hungry while there?? There is a perfect snackbar where you can eat cheap AND good.
exit the hotel going left,then first street right, within a 5 min walk at your left hand side on a corner.
Owner speaks reasonable good english. Food is fresh made on charcoal. We both loved it.
Its a local small snackbar no tourists seen by us.response / report this review
