God money worth and easy access by bus to the city centrum and the airport. However, not much in the neighborhood in terms of restaurants and shops, quite a distance to a good beach and the rooms are not very soundproof.

The hotel is outside of Larnaca (Oroklini) but there are two buses which will take you to the city. One does go to the airport as well.
On arrival I paid 30€ for a cab as I did not pre book as I thought the hotel was in Larnaca. I do not think I would have managed to find the hotel using public transport on my first night.
On the other side of the road you can get a bus to Aya Napa.
I went out of season so they restaurant did not have a full menu on the drinks side. They were honest about it and made other good suggestions.
The room was large and clean.
I did not use the pool but there were other people using it.
The staff were very helpful.
Breakfast was a buffet. The orange juice was orange squash. Other than that breakfast was good I had no problems with it.
I had a nice view out of my window.
I went out of season and the calm and quiet was what I needed.response / report this review -

The room was infested with ants and the person at the front desk said she'd get the house cleaner to clean it. That doesn't fix the ant problem because she doesn't have bug spray. This is hotel is not by anything.

Lovely little hotel beautiful pool and outdoor terrace good food and cocktails. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff and very reasonably priced.

Besides the fact that the hotel is outside the city we have 2 buses 5 minutes away. The beach is almost 7 minutes away and the area is quite. The hotel restaurant is amazing. It has a Mediterranean concept and the fireplace is perfect during the winter. Also, the food was very tasty. The rooms are nice and clean.

Lovely hotel, clean rooms and very friendly staff. It's a bit remote but nothing a 5 min walk or drive can't fix. Certainly to be recommended.

We had the chance to be upgraded ! Clean and large room, beautyfull dinner area. We had to leave early to catch our plane, unfortunatly we didn't got to taste the breakfast, but they kindly prepared a breakfast box we ate at the airport.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming beautiful atmosphere. .amazing pool and little pool.. food is fantastic and there is a good range of drinks.. comfortable seating area.. waitress service is available and a good service. . Second third time here..

Great place with great prices and amenities. Nothing bad to say about it. We enjoyed our stay there. Free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning was a big plus.
