  Nice hotel and pool. Most of the staff are nice except for one. Not much entertainment in the evenings but that might be because it was near the end of the season.
  We enjoyed it but not sure we would go to that hotel again.

  Enjoyed our stay here, rooms very spacious and modern kept very clean. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Will be returning next year, highly recommended. Tony & Ann from Bristol. Oct 2017.

  Nice and clean rooms. Unpractical that the AC cuts when you are opening the door. Should be some kind of delay on it.

  Great family run hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the swimming pool is beautiful, the food is amazing and the rooms are perfect.

  We visited in Loutsiana during our one-week vacation in August. The reception and receptionists are great. Five starts to them. Room was clean and tidy! Bravo. There was a nice pool area, but it wasn’t cleaned any time during the week (we didn’t see or it didn’t look like it!). If you brought some own soft-drinks (e.g. Sprite) to the pool area, it was removed by the staff “because only those ones that were bought from the bar was allowed”. I understand this with alcohol beverages, but soft-drinks.. C’mon…
  
  Breakfast… well.. It’s kind of British breakfast, but where is quality? It looks like that in Ayia Napa area more is more not less is more. Little bit less options and better quality would make breakfast also great. There were also running tiny ants in the breakfast serving tables??!?!?
  
  Altogether, nice room and service everywhere else than in the bar. Few smileys more from the staff of restaurant would also be nice. For families this is a good option, still maybe little bit far away from the Ayia Napa (yes, there are good bus connections but still..).

  Incredible holiday! Very friendly, lovely and clean modern apartments. Perfectly located just outside of Ayia Napa. We'd go again!!

  Lovely rooms and very clean hotel. Staff could be more polite and the drinks offer is a false economy. Pool area very nice.

  This place is nice and very clean. The staff are helpful. The pool is nice. The food that they have is very nice also they have nice offer for the drink you can buy a voucher of 20€ and you will have 8 drinks +one shot.
