I had a few very bad experiences here. They were very unhelpful with my cases, and you are made to feel as if you are "disturbing" them at their work. I don't know if they handle serious crimes in the same way, but I'm sure I don't want to find out. If I had to compare them to another police force, I'd say the Keystone Cops.
