Excellent the Hotel !!! Staff and Manager TOP and very close to the center of Nicosia. Very lovely rooms, breakfast and Computer Center useable for everybody. TOP place !!!!

I will prefer to rate 3,5 star. Not smoking in the rooms however some guest smoking as a result to smell of cigarettes. Not all rooms renovated at present.

Not good for long term stay.
In my apartment, washing machine doesn't work, there is no way to dry my garments and I don't see any iron.
Swimming Pool is overcrowded on weekend and I don't get time to use it on workdays.
I fed up with eating same breakfast every morning.

Parking is not connected to the reception: you have to take the slope. There are two separate relaxing area for women and for men: both of them have sauna and iacuzzi. Using a navigator avoid the twin road with the same name and different zip code.

i often comes to Nicosia and Cleopatra is my favorite hotel.
located in a wonderful place in the city center , a quiet side street close to all city sites , very clean , comfortable and affordable prices, and above all a team that gives a home feel, and excellent service, with always a smile.
! those are the reasons why i return again and again to the Cleopatra

Great hotel, good service. Some rooms are modern and some are old fashioned. But most are in good order. Free Wifi, but not every room gets the best signal.
