  The spacious and clean rooms may justify the price. The breakfast buffet has seen "richer" days. About the service, I would have appreciated a heads up informing me that the hotel is currently under renovation just to manage my expectations on the drilling noise, traffic in elevators and the fact that my room was literally next to a construction site.
