Pros: Good value for money. Cleaning everyday. Good personnel. Clean towels and sheets. Nice location, in the center of the city. Free parking 1 min walk from hotel. They provide shower set (shampoo, shower gel, bath cap)
Cons: The same breakfast everyday (Omelette with bacon and beans, fruit, olives, variety of breads, cheeses, sausages, flakes, tea, coffee etc). A bit small shower-cabin. No sleepers, the floor was cold (December).response / report this review -

If they had better mattresses and rooms were a little cleaner I would give 5 stars. You can feel the springs in the bed, very uncomfortabke

Nice hotel with a swimming pool, which is appreciated ahem it is so hot (33 C today), really in the center of the old town near Ledras street where there are lots of restaurants.
The staff is very nice.
Ome thing is not nice: the bed mattress. I really understand why the owner does not invest in mattress (the bed spring is good) because when the note of Trip Advisor and Booking will be below 8, nobody will select this hotel anymore and the owner will not get the money to invest anymore

Good place to stay for a couple of days! Clean, good breakfast, not so good view from the windows, bur over all - nice choice in such.range of prices at Nicosia!

Lovely little hotel in the city of the Nicosia. Smart clean rooms, WiFi, and a tea making and a fridge in the rooms, a pool, a gym, and to top it off, a a really good breakfast! Thank you, a lovely stay. Staff very friendly and helpful too.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is OK, but the room and bathroom was in bad shape, very worn. The mattress and the bed linen was awful , extremely worn.
The breakfast is limited and poor quality. The coffee/expresso is to be avoided. Anyone can get better breakfast and coffee outside.
The WiFi is of medium to low quality. I couldn't get a signal in some areas of my room.response / report this review -

It's really probably around 2.75 stars. It's ideally located in the Old Town but that means the area is very noisy. The dawn call to prayers is very loud. There are communal bins located in the car park out front and these are filled by restaurant staff late at night (noise) and emptied around 5AM by the world's noisiest bin lorries.
There are bars and restaurants nearby. There's a reasonably price kiosk 2 mins walk away (turn left after you pass the bins). Ledra Street is very nearby and you can reach the border crossing in a couple of minutes. From here anywhere in the Old Town is less than 15mins walk. Parts of the local area seem run down and a bit grimy but it does feel safe.
The hotel itself seems to have been refurbished in the last couple of years and the public areas are clean and in good condition but unused. My room was a corner room so was a good size with a good balcony. Bathroom was well equipped, the shower was ok. The mattress was quite thin and I was surprised that there wasn't a cover on the quilt. I liked that there was a fridge in the room. The hotel itself was quiet - no noisy bars or disco.
Breakfast was passable. Not much in the line of fresh fruit and was fairly basic - meats, cheese, scrambled eggs, juice, tinned fruit, bread, some cereals. The coffee was terrible - weak and seemed to be instant.
Prices vary but if you can get a good price think of it as something along the line of a Travelodge.response / report this review -

Horrible mattress..horrible bed linnen. Poor air-conditioning. No water offered in room. No fresh coffee or water at breakfast. Appalling !
